Shutters for low income home owners

[The] Monroe County Hazard Mitigation Group was notified of a grant
program to install shutters for low income home owners. [They are] trying to
determine if there is a substantial need for this project (which a
non-profit organization would run) to determine where it may rank in our
needs list.

If you know of anyone/any family who meets all of the criteria below -
please let me know:

1. Owns & resides in a Key West home,homesteaded in their name;
2. The family income is less than $45,760;
3. Is insured for less than $500,000;
4. The home is site built detached home (not multi-family);
5. The home is not a trailer;
6. The home was built before March, 2001;
7. has an assessed value(property appraiser value) of less than
$300,000; and
8. The home is not a condo.
